  1. the recent developments inn east africa in the field of medical care initiated by the aku is going to change the entire healthcare landscape in that region and would provide immense opportunities to their citizens and the people yet to be born,this is the moment in history that very Ismaili must feel proud and look for more opportunities that can be generated with this plank and lever that would catapult the region in other fields as well enabling them to feel proud for themselves and reverse the flow of history,very well done aku and all the responsible for these giants steps
