Imran Alimohammed: President, Harvard Kennedy School Student Government

The Kennedy School Student Government (KSSG) started off the year with an ambitious agenda and inspiring words from its new leader, President Imran Alimohammed, who was elected with twice as many votes as either of his opponents in what KSSG Elections Chair Ioanna Dretta called “fair and smooth elections.”

Alimohammed, the only returning member from last year’s KSSG Executive Council, began the year’s first meeting by working to instill in his team the sense of humility and responsibility that he feels toward the student body. “When I got elected, I realized the task, the burden, and also the blessing of being an elected official, in terms of having the students believe that you are the best person to represent them, to advocate on behalf of them, and that you are a person that they trust,” he said. – CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
