In collaboration with the AKRSP & AKCSP, WTCA has taken a unique initiative and organized a two-day programme titled: Cultural Pluralism Festival 2006 for Tourism & Youth Development on Saturday & Sunday, 28 th & 29th October, 2006 , respectively in Gulmit Gojal Hunza from 9:30 to 12:00 hours.

It is noteworthy that nearly all linguistic groups of the Northern Areas are expected to participate in Cultural Pluralism Festival. All those interested to see the diverse cultural expressions are, therefore, cordially invited to this grand festival.

CPF or cultural Pluralism Festival seems very nice initiative whereby the cultures of the mountains can have the opportunity to have positive encounters and develop understanding each other on the basis of their commonalities or similarities; accept and learn from each others differences that could lead towards societal peace and harmony. Congratulations to the Wakhi Tajik Cutlural Association (WTCA) for their noble initiative.
