Shaheena is Managing Director of Boardwalk Leadership, a consultancy that works with clients to promote gender diversity in organisations through leadership training and research, clients are worldwide and multi-sector. Shaheena is an expert in policy work for gender leadership and often comments in the media on this topic. Shaheena is an Associate Professor at Henley Business School teaching on the Global Entrepreneurship Masters programme. Her latest book Championing Women into Leadership (2015) identifies how Championing enables women into leadership roles, based on research across 53 countries. She lives in London with her husband and three energetic sons.
