The East African Institute, a project of the Aga Khan University set out to engage the youth in a process that allowed them to be a part of the solution developing team for challenges they faced in their various communities. The young cities project sought to involve the youth in understanding what East African cities would look like in the future and also to understand their day to day struggles as they seek to meet these urban futures.
