Aga Khan Museum’s 2016 lecture series tackles the theme “Islam and Muslims in the 21st Century.” Featuring scholars and journalists who are leading thought-provoking conversations about Muslims and Islam today, the series addresses questions of identity and belonging, youth and integration, and immigration and settlement.

Bessma Momani is Associate Professor of Political Science, University of Waterloo and 2015 Scholar of the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation. Her book Arab Dawn: Arab Youth and the Demographic Dividend They Will Bring (2015) is optimistic about the future of the Middle East.
