Rural Support Programes by their very nature are hard to implement, prirority need to be set up without govt.-at all the levels- interfearence, particularly inn an developing country and even when the focus is clear and sharp do we hae the money to achieve the desired impact and access is reachable and widely based and attemped. It is really walking on a multi edge sword, and the visible results and impact take years to be visible in some cases,i suppose Mr.Oza has that vision, patient, focus and passion to do something for thhe sake of the goods of the greater humanity,he is the right fit.
