The University of Central Asia (UCA) Board Executive Committee Executive Chairman and Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) Diplomatic Representative to the Kyrgyz Republic Shamsh Kassim-Lakha delivered a talk Creating Opportunity on the Roof of the World.
