During its graduation ceremony held recently, Monash South Africa celebrated the academic achievements of the class of 2016. The most notable graduates were Zahra Kaba, Lisa Sidambe, Steve Velcev and Yamikani Katunga. Each of these students have shown outstanding academic performance as well as phenomenal strides in extracurricular activities including great community work, in the spirit of Lead SA.
All four were given the platform to share their stories and academic journeys during the graduation ceremony. They ended off on an inspirational note, encouraging their peers to dream far beyond their expectations and to impact the world through meaningful contribution.
Zahra has always been actively involved in community engagement in her spare time and has been an active member of MSA community engagement.
