Kahir Lalji is the new provincial Program Manager of the seniors program Better at Home.

Kahir Lalji appointed provincial manager of British Columbia's new Better at Home program to help seniorsBetter at Home is a program that helps seniors with simple day-to-day tasks so that they can continue to live independently in their own homes and remain connected to their communities. The Government of British Columbia funds the program, United Way of the Lower Mainland manages it, and local non-profit organizations provide the services.

Lalji has extensive experience in social services with a specialty in seniors’ issues. His experience includes executive leadership and project management, as well as community needs assessment, policy development and program delivery and evaluation.
