Nairobi: Coastweek's Interview with Salim Sulaiman

Brought in by the Aga Khan Council for Nairobi and Contact Network (Shelina Popat), the brothers and their entourage which consisted of Shradha Pandit, Vipul Mehta, Raj Pandit and an orchestra, gave a power-packed performance to the delight of all those that attended the house full event.

Their most applauded songs were without a doubt “Aye Khuda”, “Shukranallah” and “Ali Mowla” which they sing with so much devotion and love that it radiated straight to the audience’s heart.

I had a chance to catch up with these two really humble and modest gentlemen at the Villa Rosa Kempinski, the next day to have a few minutes one-on-one chat.
