Faisal Charania

Faisal Charania serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Prime Communications, one of AT&T’s largest authorized retailers with operations in sixteen states and Canada. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law andreal estate as well as supporting in a commercial litigation role. He is licensed in both Texas and Illinois and admitted to the U.S. Tax Court as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
Prior to joining Prime Communications, Faisal managed a boutique law firm concentrating in the areas of corporate transactions and real estate with clientele in diverse industries ranging from energy to healthcare. He has worked in various capacities as general counsel, corporate associate and tax controversy attorney for start up companies, small and mid-size businesses and one of the top 100 U.S. law firms.
Faisal is actively involved in a number of community and civic organizations. He volunteers as Vice President of Houston 80-20 Asian American Political Action Committee, Pro Bono Counsel to the American Ismaili Chamber of Commerce and Member of the Houston Young Lawyers Association’s Corporate Counsel Committee. He received his education at Northwestern University, the London School of Economics, the University of Illinois College of Law and the University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business.
