Aga Khan Museum Auditorium.

Sitarist Mohamed Assani and music producer and composer Rup Sidhu bring their love of improvisation and diverse musical styles to the Aga Khan Museum. Based in Vancouver, LAPIS is known for such unexpected sonic pairings as wave drums and sitars, freestyle rap and tabla, didgeridoo and hulusi. Join us for a night of musical fusion that begins with classical repertoire and moves into the 21st century. Musician Curtis Andrews contributes his percussive talents.
