KARACHI: Some 367 students were conferred degrees in their relevant disciplines at, year 2013, convocation ceremony of The Aga Khan University (AKU) held here on Thursday
From the AKU’s medical college, a total of 98 doctors graduated this year while 14 students received their Master of Science degrees, including eight in the field of epidemiology and biostatistics, four in health policy and management while one each in clinical research and health professions
School of Nursing and Midwifery conferred degrees on 205 graduates including 13 Master of Science, 60 Bachelor of Science, 83 Post-RN Bachelor of Science and 49 diplomas in Nursing. Twenty graduates were also awarded Advanced Diplomas – 13 in Human Development and 7 in Health Professions Education.
