Hi my name is Faizana and I am very excited to be your Director for this year’s ECOSOC committee at VYMUN! I am thankful for what VYMUN has taught me about model UN and I have enjoyed all my experiences. Other than model UN, I enjoy ice hockey, frozen yogurt, music, Mean Girls and Keeping Up With The Kardashians. – Faizana Hirji

Hi, I’m Raheesa! As a grade 11 student, I am excited to be Co-Chairing the United States National Security Council. Since 2009, I have participated in VYMUN conferences both as a delegate and staff member. VYMUN has allowed me to build a strong foundation of model UN skills and I have found the conference to be a great learning experience in a supportive environment. I hope to provide delegates with both a fun and educational encounter. As well, I look forward to meeting delegates and enjoying diverse perspectives. In addition to Model UN, I enjoy playing with my baby brother and baking cookies! – Raheesa Jina
