KARACHI: The Aga Khan University (AKU) will be hosting a breast cancer conference on October 26 and October 27. Pre-conference workshops have also been scheduled for October 25 and will be open to oncology students and professionals. Prominent doctors, including Dr Tayyaba Ansari, will address the various problems faced by breast cancer patients and the required treatment procedures in special cases. The conference will bring issues, such as chemotherapy, breast surgery, pregnant patients, as well as, breast cancer imaging and intervention, into the limelight.
