During the academic year 2012-13, Faizaan successfully completed 8 year old program. He continued to perform exceptionally well in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities throughout the academic year. He joined the QSI International School of Bishkek (QSIB) in 2010 in 6 year old program after coming to Bishkek from his home town in Karachi. His achievements during the academic year 2012-13 are summarized below:
Successful completion of the 8 year old program (he received 61 As out of total 64 modules)- Presidential Physical Fitness Award singed by the President of the United States
- First Position in Spelling Bee 2013 (6-8 years age group) organized by QSIB
- Highest points in World Maths Day 2013 in his age group and second highest points throughout QSIB across all age groups
