Majid Mangalji, president of Westmont Hospitality Group, has been named the 2013 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 16th annual International Hotel Investment Forum, which will take place March 4-6, 2013, at the InterContinental Hotel Berlin, Germany. The IHIF Lifetime Achievement Award recognizes an individual who has made a significant difference in the industry over the course of their lifetime. The Westmont Group was founded in 1975 and started with a single hotel in North America. Today, it has become one of the largest privately held hospitality organizations in the world with Mangalji involved in all aspects of the development of the Westmont Group.

No one deserves this award better than Majid Mangalji. He was down to earth when he had started running the Rodeway Inn in Beaumont, Texas. He ran the motel single handed and in the most proffessional skill. Wish him greater success and value his past freindship.
