This however is the story of Professor Mahmood Shivji, son of Sadrudin Hirji Shivji and his wife Gulshan, Janu Massa’s daughter. He was born in Mombasa in 1955 and like so many of us, received his early education at the Aga Khan High School in Mombasa.
