Sindh Governor receives delegation of the Aga Khan Education Services

KARACHI: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ibad Khan believes that the foreign affiliated reputed educational institutions be encouraged to open their branches in Pakistan. Such institutions would contribute towards fostering the spirit of competitions and help enhance the academic standard as well. He was talking to a delegation of the Aga Khan Education Foundation. The delegation led by Sultan Ali Allana met Ibad at the Governor House here on Friday. Principal Secretary to Governor Dr Noshad Shaikh and other officials were also present on the occasion. Ibad lauded the contribution of Aga Khan Education Foundation and Aga Khan University towards the promotion of higher education in the country. He also directed that the matter pertaining to allotment of land to Aga Khan University at the Education City should be resolved.
