The ambassadors of five western countries held a meeting on creation of a development and extension foundation. Held at the PRT the ambassadors of the Us, Germany, Russia, Norway and the ambassador of Aga Khan Foundation, and Badakhshan governor talked on creation of the foundation as a design of Germany aimed at coordination of expenses of this foundation for Afghanistan and Pakistan, Afghanistan borders and Tajikistan for upgrading the economy of families of both borders, prevention of narcotics cultivation, trafficking and smuggling.
