The Aga Khan High School has joined the list of many schools that have opened their productions to the public at theatres. On July 2-3., the school will stage Gourd of Wisdom at Theatre La Bonita. The play revolves around Lara, a king’s concubine, who will do anything to have her son, Prince Zuma, become next king, much to the consternation of many in the kingdom. She is driven to do the almost impossible task of stealing a gourd of wisdom by a witchdoctor.
