Former adviser of the Aga Khan Secretariat to speak on “Development Challenges in the Arab World”

David Fraser, M.D., of Yardley, will speak on “Development Challenges in the Arab World” at Newtown Friends Meeting, 219 Court St., 9:45 a.m. Sunday. The public is invited. Parking for handicapped-only is available at the Meetinghouse and there is additional parking at The Stocking Works, 301 South State St.

Fraser is an independent consultant with particular interest in epidemiology, international health and education and material culture. He was head of the Health, Education and Housing activities in South Asia and East Africa for the Aga Khan’s Secretariat, based in France, from 1991-’95. The Aga Khan’s Development Network is one of the largest private development networks in the world.
