Ruhee Dewji was born in Calgary, Canada and started playing her first instrument, flute, at the age of six. She later added tenor and baritone saxophones to her list of primary endeavours, moving to Toronto after high school to study music performance at York University, where she graduated with an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts.
Ruhee joined Entire Cities in August 2007, just in time to appear on their first album Deep River; with them, she has toured Ontario and Eastern Canada and appeared on AUX.TV and CKDU (Dalhousie University radio).
Ruhee’s other interests include web development (currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate), typography, and reading fiction.
