As Global Head of Human Resource and Finance, Global Tax at KPMG, Alim is responsible for developing and executing the global HR strategy and overseeing the financial and budget planning. His background in HR, marking and strategy planning spans across the finance service and consumer products industry. Alim studied employment relations, has an MBA and is currently pursuing post-graduate studies in Alternative Dispute Resolution at Cornell University. He is a frequent guest speaker at various universities and global conferences. Alim also brings to The Redwood a diversity of perspectives after having lived or worked in Australia, England, Switzerland, Hong Kong, USA and now resides in downtown Toronto.
