Engineering firm Buro Happold has said it is thrilled to receive the prestigious Aga Khan Award for its work at Wadi Hanifah in Riyadh.
The firm’s chairman, Rod MacDonald, said that the award – announced in Qatar last week – marks the effect that the project has had on the downtown area of the Saudi capital.
We are thrilled to receive this distinguished award for our work on a project that has made such a significant difference to the local population both economically and recreationally,” he said.
