Aniqa Feerasta has studied abroad, placed second in a worldwide business competition, ran in the Akron Marathon, secured one of two coveted CBA Summer Scholars awards, spent a day with Warren Buffet – one of the richest men in the world, presented an award winning paper at a national conference, all while working and participating in numerous campus activities.
Feerasta became involved with campus activities shortly after her arrival at UA, serving on the Residence Hall Programming Board and Residence Hall Council during her freshmen and sophomore years. A member of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), she has also served as vice president of the Honors Business Group and currently serves as vice president of marketing for the Economics Club.
She has worked as a student assistant in the CBA, as a news broadcaster for student-run WZIP-FM, as a New Student Orientation leader for international students, and as an intern for local businesses.
