Review: Much fun in Much Ado
By PETER BIRNIE, Vancouver Sun June 13, 2010
When: 8 p.m., to Sept. 25
Where: Bard on the Beach in Vanier Park, Vancouver
Excerpt:
Just about everyone in the large cast is attuned to a clear presentation of their character. Bard newcomer Almeera Jiwa, for instance, exudes a gorgeous sense of youthful spirit as Hero, and looks destined to grow with ease into some of Shakespeare’s more demanding roles for women.

Congratulations and best wishes for even greater success! You were great in Bollywood Wedding which was shown at the PNE. To move on to Shakespeare demonstrates your great versatility as an actor.

Thank you for supporting my work as an artist. Our community is so wonderful in that we have an Arts and Culture Council that works hard to infuse acting, music, visual arts etc. into as many other councils as we can. Please let us know if there is an art form you are passionate about and we can work to facilitate a workshop or display. I look forward to the many exciting projects coming up.
