Founded in 2000, the Bridgespan Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that helps nonprofit and philanthropic leaders in the hard work of developing strategies and building organizations that inspire and accelerate social change

Jehan Velji is a Partner in Bridgespan’s San Francisco office. She joined Bridgespan from Mercer Management Consulting where she advised clients in a variety of industries on strategic and operational issues. She also worked on pro bono projects at Mercer in the social sector.

Ms. Velji has served on the Board of Directors of FOCUS Humanitarian Assistance in Washington, DC. She has also worked with several nonprofits in Washington, DC, Boston, and San Francisco including Africare, The Older Women’s League, Center for Women and Entrepreneurship, and Jewish Vocational Services.
