What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
International Development and Conflict Resolution — the impact of the individual, the society, the state, and the system on the processes of international conflict and conflict management. Conflict is not only pervasive but also a permanent feature of international political processes.

Shaheen Sultan Dhanji is a visual artist, photo-journalist, musician, international affairs advisor and a social-political activist. Her extensive credentials in matters of foreign affairs interested the Canadian International Development Agency to seek her expertise in conflict resolution and diplomacy as a paradigm to be implemented in countries impacted with war, internal displacement and conflict prevention, management and resolution.
