May 1, 2009, Girl Scout Natasha Tharwani was asked to speak at the Honor Circle Breakfast, an annual event sponsored by the Girl Scout Council of United States. It was an honor for Natasha, a young Ismaili Muslim Girl Scout, to be asked to speak at this event. District Attorney Lisa Madigan, Maria Wynne the CEO of the Chicago and Northwest Indiana Scout Council were present in the event along with prominent professionals and dignitaries from Chicago.
