This book is a collection of essays and poems from a zine entitled “Qiyamat: a newsletter for friends of the Imam.” Most of them deal with the Ismaili idea of Qiyamat and the Qiyamat event of 1164. This event is reviewed from many different perspectives in this text from traditional Ismaili to more post-Modern ones. There are some texts from folk from the Moorish Orthodox Church who adopted Qiyamat into their theological world view. Also contains a rare Hakim Bey essay.
