Partnership Day is an initiative of Aga Khan Foundation U.S.A. (AKF USA) and its volunteers in communities across America to raise funds and awareness to help communities in some of the poorest areas of Africa and Asia create long-term solutions to poverty. Here are some facts to consider:
Since 1995, PartnershipsInAction events have attracted over 250,000 participants and raised $29 million nationwide to bring a spark of hope to vulnerable families in Africa and Asia.. 100% of funds raised at Partnership Day go directly to projects supported by the Foundation; not a cent is spent on administration.
