The Department of Graduate Studies at Institute of Ismaili Studies (IIS) held its annual Career Pathways Seminar on 15 December, 2007. The seminar provided an opportunity for first and second year students of the Graduate Programme in Islamic Studies and Humanities (GPISH) as well as recent graduates to acquaint themselves with various career options available to them upon completion of their studies.
The speakers delivered presentations that focused on careers in five areas: (1) academia, (2) the non-profit sector, (3) the Aga Khan Development Network, (4) the Aga Khan Academies and (5) the IIS.
