Loved the diversity of performances in the clip!
I think the youth will particularly be inspired and engaged by Salman Ahmad (vocalist and guitar player). He was the founder of Junoon, the first Sufi rock band! He is also a UN goodwill ambassador, and will be playing at the Nobel Prize concert in December. Junoon was the first rock band to perform for the United Nations General Assembly (at the invitation of Kofi Annan) and has sold over 25 million albums!
I hope that as many people as possible, and particularly the youth, get tickets for this series of shows. It is something very special, and we need the next generation to appreciate and perpetuate the great diversity of culture as practiced by Ismailis and indeed all Muslims around the world! Last but definitely note least, remember that this tour is about the celebration of the Golden Jubilee of the Imam!
