Description:
The project will strengthen training and professional development for public primary school teachers and education managers. Activities will include setting up a peer mentoring program for teachers, supporting new and existing professional teachers’ associations to promote professional development, building the capacity of teachers’ colleges to effectively deliver their programs, and building the capacity of district education managers to manage public schools.
