Golf tourney raises more than $20,000
The Dallas Partnership Golf Tournament raised more than $20,000 for the Aga Khan Foundation USA’s Partnership Walk. About 65 golfers participated in the event, which was last Saturday at Castle Hills Golf Club in Lewisville.
An annual event, the Partnership Walk will be this fall in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Chicago and Los Angeles. The fundraiser aims to help alleviate global poverty and promotes education, health care and economic skills programs. Visit http://www.partnershipwalk.org.
